Services
The Low Mountain Chapter offers various services to the community for a fee, waste disposal and printing. Also Navajo Forestry Wood Hauling Permits and Reselling Permits. The LMC also offers other services without a fee, including, Navajo Nation Voter Registration (NOT Navajo County), Water Point access, internet/wifi connectivity, and Proof of Residency. Some services may be unavailable. So if you’re unsure, please call prior to visiting to confirm it’s availability.
$1.00 per bag, plus Navajo Nation Sales Tax (6%) for LMC Registered Members
$1.50 per bag, plus Navajo Nation Sales Tax (6%) for Non-LMC Registered Members
Household Trash ONLY. Everything must be bagged. Boxes must be flattened.

Printing and Copying for Registered Members and Non-Registered Individuals are both $0.50 a page + $0.03 (NN Sale Tax) a page.
However, only Registered Members can request for a copy of Meeting Minutes for the price of printing per page. Minutes cannot be email. Must be picked up in person. NO EXCEPTIONS.

The Low Mountain Chapter issues Firewood Wood Hauling Permits and also Resale Permits. Prices vary. Wood Hauling Permits are only permitted to the end of the current year.

Be Advise. If you fail to provide a Navajo Census Number for the Wood Hauling Permit. You will still have to pay the “No NN Census Provided”. So make sure you have your Census Number before traveling to the Chapter.
Resale Permits expire 5 (five) days from Issued Date.
To register with the Navajo Nation Tribal Election not the Navajo County. You can register with Navajo County Election at their website.

To verify to check if you’re still registered with Low Mountain Chapter you can call us, the list provided to us was last update in December. But if you registered lately you can call, the Ft. Defiance Navajo Election Administration at 800-775-8683.
Assistances
The Low Mountain Chapter offers assistances to Active Registered Voters of the Chapter, such as, Housing Discretionary, Chapter Scholarship/Student Enrichment, and also Funeral Burial Assistance.
